About Hatha Hikes

I am a Portland Native with a background in biology. I found yoga and meditation in 2016 and immediately knew they would change my life due to the inner peace they brought me. I’d never felt healther and better! After building a career in tech for 5 years, I quit my job to pursue my loves of nature and yoga starting Hatha Hikes. In my classes I focus on connection to nature and self and love to use my background in biology to explain what is happening in your body on a scientific level!
