An easy to moderate 2-3 mile hike and a 1 Hour Hatha Flow Yoga class.
We provide yoga mats, snacks, water fill up (bring a bottle), all transportation, and a vegan lunch of customizable salads that can satisfy most dietary restrictions. We have a cooler to put a sack lunch if there are any food items you feel you need to bring.

The 1 Hour Hatha flow class will be taught in a studio at NW Living Fit Yoga in Seaside Oregon;with smaller sections done on the trail!

Wear yoga friendly clothing and trainer/tennis shoes that are comfortable to hike in. It can also be windy so bring a jacket! Also bring a water bottle.
