Oregon Coast: Day of Retreat

To start the day off we head to Living Fit Yoga studio in Seaside, OR to practice. The class is a Hatha Flow Yoga class designed to strengthen the body, calm the mind and open the heart. The class incorporates aspects of a traditional Hatha yoga class including breath and meditation designed to bring you to a place where you can enjoy the day to the fullest. Starting the day with a yoga class has so many benefits and practicing yoga in conjunction with being in nature is a great way to deepen your practice or just to enjoy the day!

After our 1 hour yoga class we will head out into nature, ready to soak in the beauty of Oregon! The hikes that we go on are short and sweet. Ending at a beautiful view point where we do a short open-eye meditation focusing on the beauty in front of us. The hikes are accessible to anyone that can hike up to 2 miles on sloped dirt trail.

Lunch of a vegan salad is included!

From the top of the coastal cliffs you can see for miles! We will likely see sea lions, seals and various sea birds like pelicans!


8:45-9:15 am- Pickup in Portland at your Hotel/Hostel, at Irving Park (best for park and ride) and at Director Park (best if you're taking public transportation)

10:30 am - Arrive at Living Fit Yoga in Seaside for Hatha Flow Yoga Class

12:00 pm - Prepare Lunches and head to hike!

12:00-2:30 pm - Hike through Oregon Coastal Forest. Open eye meditation at the end of the hike.

2:30 pm- Head back to Portland

4:30 pm- Arrive in Portland

We will contact you the day before the retreat to organize your pickup location
